I lost a lot of money for a hack

I have had a case with EA. I lost a lot of money I had invested in NINJATRADER because a hack intervened the accounts that are operating and started to operate in a disorderly way and without money, it is very complex for me I would like to know if anyone can help me.

The truth to me has not passed, but I have heard several cases that the virus started to operate in a disorderly way and destroyed accounts.
